It’s a BIG deal to put your faith in a perfect stranger, to trust that they are offering you the best flooring for your needs, and to believe that the investment will last for years to come. It’s a BIG deal because having your floors replaced is nothing shy of an upheaval of your life for a day or two. All of this and you pay someone to make it happen. It’s a BIG deal and I’ve known that for years – I was just never in a place to be able to DO something about it. Until now.
